ZMA® Formula

ZMA® is a powerful muscular strength enhancer which increases insulin which stimulates the growth of muscles. PS Supplements ZMA® provides zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6. ZMA® can aid sleeping patterns if taken 30 minutes prior to sleep, with water, on an empty stomach.

ZMA® has been developed to increase absorption and improve recovery from exercise. Zinc plays a pivatol role in the regulation of muscular cell growth and tissue repair, as well as the up keep of a strong immune system. Magnesium is essential for the preservation of electrolyte balance and energy production. Physical activity can increase the need for Zinc and Magnesium, therefore ZMA® is a great supplement to aid in their replenishment.

Vitamin B6 is added to the formula to further increase zinc and magnesium absorption and utilization. ZMA® is a strong, all-natural dietary supplement which has previously been clinically proven to increase IGF-1 (growth compound) and enhance strength.
